TDSG is the India’s first Lithium-ion Battery manufacturing plant in Gujarat which is being set up jointly between TOSHIBA Corporation, DENSO Corporation and Suzuki Motor Corporation to manufacture and supply Lithium-ion battery to Maruti Suzuki and Suzuki Motor Gujarat. The manufacturing operation will be derived by Suzuki’s expertize with contribution of TOSHIBA’s cell technology and Denso’s module technology.

SKILL SET

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemistry, physics, or electrical field
• Experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing test data and writing detailed test reports
• Strong proficiency with Python
• Exposure to techniques of battery characterization and battery test systems
• Practical laboratory experience (ideally including the testing of lithium-ion batteries)
• Understanding of battery cycling standards, characterization, and test systems
• Industry experience in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring tests according to test plans
